As part of the opening team in 2017, I helped plan the retail component of this dim-sum-brewery-flower-shop-bookstore concept in Raleigh, NC. As shop director, I curated the book selection, managed inventory and social media, and worked jointly with the floral director and brewery on seasonal marketing campaigns.
